MPP Integration Notice

While the MPP system is still in use, we now have the new MPP Integration which removes the need for you to login to the portal and manage devices manually like before. Check out our article on Activating the MPP Integration for more details.

After you or your client has been added into the Managed Provisioning Portal, devices will need to be added, assigned and provisioned.

Need to Add Your Client?

Please refer to our articles on adding End Clients and Account Users to your Managed Provisioning Portal access.

The Provisioning Process in the Managed Provisioning Portal

  1. Log into the Managed Provisioning Portal.
  2. Go to the Scan In section.
  3. Scan-in and Assign the device.
  4. Click on the MAC address. The device details page will open.
  5. Scroll down to the Device Details section.
  6. Locate the Zero Touch Enabled option.
  7. The option will initially state disabled. After 1 minute, refresh the page. The option should then show Zero Touch as Enabled.
  8. Once the device shows as Enabled, the phone should reboot. If it doesn't, you can elect to manually reboot the phone. The phone should then be provisioned and ready for test calling.
