Creating User Accounts in the Managed Provisioning Portal

Create a New User Account

  1. Log into the Managed Provisioning Portal. 
  2. Click on the Accounts menu option.

  3. Click on the Add New Account button. A pop-up will appear.

  4. In the Email field, enter the user’s email.

  5. In the Name field, input the user's Name. 
  6. In the Role drop-down, choose the desired level of access for this user. 
  7. Click the Save Changes button. This action will trigger the registration email to the created user.

The user will then appear under Accounts for the specified customer.
