Why Associate a Call with 1stream?

Calls that are associated with contacts allow for tickets to be updated in call, call recordings to be attached to tickets and a plethora of other 1stream functions to be utilized. If you're concerned about your end users not matching their calls to contacts, you can enable tagging alerts to provide them with a visual nudge to remind them to do so.

Where the Contact Details Come From

The contact and company details will pull from integrations setup on the Admin 1stream side. If you are not seeing contact and company information available at all, please check in with your 1stream administrator.

How to Associate a Call with a Contact

  1. Log into the 1stream client.
  2. Go to your Call History screen.
  3. Click Lookup where a number is shown without a contact associated. The Lookup Contact pop-up screen will appear.
