Reboot Warning
Please follow these steps with caution as your phone system will be unavailable while the services are restarting.
Manually Reboot
- Login to the bvoip phone system.
- Go to the Dashboard drop-down menu.
- Go to the Overview subsection.
- Scroll over to the System Status section.
- Navigate to the Restart System Now button.
- Click on the Restart System button. A Warning Prompt will appear.
- Click on the Restart System Now button. The phone system will reboot in 10 seconds afterward.
It takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for the phone system to come back online after a reboot, however some integration services may take up to 15 minutes to return to normal operation.
