Why Are My Users Seeing This Error? 

If you or your end users are seeing a runtime error upon logging into the native softphone, then this means that your team likely is not matched up entirely for SSO to work as expected. 

 

How Do I Fix It?

To fix the runtime error, make sure that the following items are matched up fully to the extension: 

Once the mapping issue is resolved, the error should subside immediately.
