Why Sync Extensions to the 1Stream User
If you fail to sync the correlating phone extension to the 1Stream user, the user will not be able to access the 1Stream chrome extension and can also show odd error messages, including a runtime error upon login.
How to Sync Phone Extension to 1Stream Users
- Log into the 1stream Admin Portal.
- Go to the Administration > Manage Organization menu in the top right.
- Scroll Down to the CRM User Mappings section.
- Click the Edit button beside the desired user.
- Under the Phone Extension column, choose the phone extension from the drop-down.
- Click on the circled X icon to save.
