Siptrunk.com Auto Discovery Setting

This article will provide tips on how to ensure that the Auto Discovery setting is enabled on setups with SIPTrunk.com.

SIPTrunk Troubleshoot

  1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
  2. Click on the Call Flow drop-down menu.
  3. Go to the SIP Trunks subsection.
  4. Select the Edit button for the desired SIP Trunk.
  5. Navigate to the General tab.
  6. Scroll down to the Trunk Details section.
  7. Click on the Auto Discovery boxes if not already selected. 
  8. Click on the Save button. 

Additional Setting Adjustment

In some cases, you will need to confirm with SIPTrunk.com if the outbound proxy should be set to gw1 or gw2.
