Partner Access
You must have access as an Enfonica partner before you can complete this article.
Trunk Setup
Make sure you've followed Create an Enfonica Trunk article to have a trunk setup in the system.
Order a Number
- Login to the Enfonica Console
- Go to Phone Numbers on the left hand side
- Click Purchase at the top
- Select a number from the list, or search for one and select it
- In the dropdown select the end user you want to assign it to
- Open your newly ordered number and on the right hand side, click Add Handler
- Choose Send Over SIP
- Select Load Balancer and pick the load balancer you made as part of the trunk
