Partner Access
You must have access as an Enfonica partner before you can complete this article.
Create the Trunk
- Login to the Enfonica Console
- Open your project and go to Cloud SIP
- Click Create in the top right and populate the fields
- Type: Standard
- SIP Domain: Your PBX name
- Display Name: Your PBX name
- Click Confirm to create the trunk
- Select your preferred calling plan for the trunk, this determines how you get billed for the calling, then click Confirm
Allow the Connection
- On the right hand side of the newly created trunk, click Add IP Range
- Set the IP address of your phone system, which you can find on the dashboard or via nslookup, and set a display name.
- Click Confirm
Define the Load Balancer
- In the bottom left of the newly created trunk, click Add load balancer
- Set the Alias and Display name to the name of your PBX
- Click Add endpoint
- Under Endpoint URI enter in the full FQDN of your phone system and click Confirm
- Optionally, under Failover URIs you can define a backup phone number or flow to divert to if bvoip ever goes down.
Save in the top right, and you've finished the setup on the Enfonica side.
Add the Trunk to the Phone System
- Login to the phone system in the bvoip admin portal
- Go to Call Flow > SIP Trunks and Add a SIP Trunk
- Enter the following details:
- Main Trunk Number: Your primary phone number
- Registrar/Server: [yoursystem].sip.enfonica.com
- Outbound Caller ID: Your primary phone number
- Type of Authentication: Do not require - IP Based
- Click Save and the trunk should now be active
