Using Client Call Dispositions

This article will provide a walkthrough on how end users can use the client call dispositions feature in 1stream.

This feature is available for only 1stream Power licensed users. If you don't have this and would like this feature to be available, please reach out to your Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.

What is a Client Call Disposition?

The Client Call Disposition function allows for pre-selected notation on the outcome of a call to be selected, saving time on repetitive call notes for agents. During a call, there will be a Call Disposition pop-up that will appear for end users enrolled to use them.

Using Client Call Dispositions

  1. Login to 1stream.
  2. Go to the Disposition drop-down during the call.

  3. Select the desired Disposition option.
  4. Click the Save button.

The disposition will save into call notes.
