Creating Client Call Dispositions

This article defines the function and setup of client dispositions in the 1Stream system.

What is a Client Call Disposition?

The Client Call Disposition function allows for pre-selected notation on the outcome of a call to be selected, saving time on repetitive call notes for agents.

Creating a Call Disposition

  1. Log into the 1stream Admin Portal.
  2. Go to the Administration > Manage Organization menu in the top right. 
  3. Scroll down to the Client Call Dispositions section.

  4. Click on the green circled + button. The Add New Call Disposition pop-up will appear.dispositions2
  5. In the Disposition field, add the short-hand disposition note. 
  6. In the Default Note field, add the desired note to accompany the disposition.
  7. For the Mark Dial Complete option, select if the call action should be marked completed or not. 
  8. Click the Save button. 

Want to Edit the Client Call Disposition?

Click on the Client Disposition's name and the Edit Call Disposition pop-up will appear.
