Troubleshooting Web Client Login Errors
The steps below will provide assistance in troubleshooting the common errors found when users try to log into the bvoip softphone web client.
Check the User Binding
All users listed in control under Settings> Users must be matched to an extension on an accompanying phone system. For instructions on how to bind users, please see our Setting User Bindings article.
Extension Web Client Enabled
Ensure that the Web Client option is enabled for the affected extension.
Clear Browser Cache
Clearing the browser cache can remove conflicting cookies and data that would prevent the web client from operating as expected. Opening the web client in an incognito window can also confirm if cache is affecting you.
Try Another Browser

Whitelist the Local IP
