What Causes the Blank Screen?
If a non-admin listed user is logging into the 1Stream portal, the screen will be blank rather than display the call report data.
How to Fix the Blank Screen
To correct this, the user type will need to be adjusted by another Admin level user from Client Only to Admin for the desired user who needs access to the 1Stream portal.
