Issue
The 1stream desktop client shows up in the start bar on Windows-based machines but doesn't show up in full screen. This is usually due to the machine having multiple monitors that are no longer connected.
Fix
- Close the 1stream desktop app.
- Go to C:\Users\user account\AppData\Local\
- Replace user account with your logged in account.
- In that folder, there should be file named “onestream_position”.
- Delete that file.
- Re-open the 1stream client.
OR
- Select the 1stream window in the taskbar
- Press the keystrokes Win+Shift+(Left or Right) to move the window to another monitor.
