1stream Client not showing up on Windows devices

This article will cover how to troubleshoot when the 1stream desktop client does not show up in full screen on Windows devices.

Issue

The 1stream desktop client shows up in the start bar on Windows-based machines but doesn't show up in full screen. This is usually due to the machine having multiple monitors that are no longer connected.

Fix

  1. Close the 1stream desktop app.
  2. Go to C:\Users\user account\AppData\Local\
  3. Replace user account with your logged in account.
  4. In that folder, there should be file named “onestream_position”.
  5. Delete that file.
  6. Re-open the 1stream client.

OR

  1. Select the 1stream window in the taskbar
  2. Press the keystrokes Win+Shift+(Left or Right) to move the window to another monitor.
