Using the Auto Logout Timer Reset Feature

This feature is available for only 1stream Engage licensed users and higher plans. If you don't have this and would like this feature to be available, please reach out to your Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.

 

Auto Logout Timer Reset

For best practice, we recommend setting a timer reset to ensure that agents in queues are accurately having missed calls counted so that they are not pulled out of today's queue for yesterday's missed calls. 

  1. Log into the 1Stream Admin Portal.
  2. Go to the Administration > Manage Organization menu in the top right. 
  3. Scroll to the Experience Settings section.
  4. Go to the Reset RONA Counts drop-down. 
  5. In the Reset RONA Counts drop-down, select the desired time that the Auto Logout Timer will reset each day.
  6. Click on the Save button. 

Auto Logout Custom Status
