Content Screening

Not all SMS Campaigns are created equal.

There is a content limitation for being eligible for SMS use under the Shaft-C regulations. As part of the 10DLC process, even the website is reviewed to ensure that the content and messaging do not reflect any activities or have any association with these regulated industries.

Content Limitations

An example of this would be : If a chiropractor's office has CDB Oils on its website, this is prohibited, and the campaign will be denied, even if not directly related to CBD marketing.

The items covered under Shaft-C as forbidden SMS content are:

  • Sex
  • Hate
  • Alcohol
  • Firearm
