Haven't Set Up Shared Parking for BLF Keys Yet?

If you have not setup Shared Parking with BLF Keys yet, please see our How to Setup Shared Parking with BLF Keys article.

Call Parking

If a call needs to be parked and then picked up from another extension, the call can be parked in a Parking orbit and then picked up from another extension.

How a call is placed in park dictates how shared parking will be used.

If through set BLF Keys, the call must be parked and picked up through BLF Keys.

If through Dial Codes, the call must be parked and picked up through Dial Codes.
