What is the CDR setting?
CDR stands for Call Data Records, and it is essentially a more detailed record of the call which gets saved as a text file on the phone system itself. The 1stream component will reference these files for certain pieces of information, such as whether a call was recorded and the various steps or Call Segments that were part of the call.
If you do not have this setting enabled, the 1stream reporting may appear inconsistent or incorrect.
