Adding Numbers to Existing Contacts

This article will provide a walkthrough of adding new phone numbers to existing CRM contacts in 1stream.

This feature is available for only 1stream Core licensed users and higher plans. If you don't have this and would like this feature to be available, please reach out to your Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.

Adding New Numbers to an Existing Contact

  1. Login to 1stream.
  2. Go to the desired number listed in the call history that has matches listed.LinkingNumbers1
  3. Click the Lookup text. The Lookup Contact pop-up will appear.

  4. Click on the Select text to tie the number to the desired contact. Another pop-up will appear to determine the preference for setting the number on the contact.

  5. Click on the desired preference to link the number to the contact. The page will then refresh with the contact's information.

The update will process through 1Stream and into the connected CRM(s). The number will reflect the contact in future calls.
