Configuration Guide for the Phone System

This article will provide a walkthrough on the process for setting up the bvoip phone system.

Accessing Your bvoip Account Page

  1. Login to the bvoip Control Portal using the login credentials provided when your company first became a partner.
  2. Find the system in your Home > Dashboard screen that you'll be using.

  3. Click on the name or the eyeball icon on the far right-hand side to open the control page for that instance.

Each step below has a setup for the main items that our Onboarding Team goes over in the setup process. 

SIP Trunk Needed

Before getting started with setting up the bvoip phone system, you must have an account with a SIP trunk provider. If you do not have a preferred SIP provider, reach out to our team and we can connect you with a SIP partner in your area.

Once the above steps are completed, you're all set up to use bvoip!
