Pax8 Customer Sub User SSO Process

This article will provide a walkthrough on how to setup SSO for clients' subusers that signed up for bvoip using Pax8.

Non-Pax8 Clients and Main Pax8 Instances

If you are not a bvoip customer through Pax8 and are setting up your client's SSO for their logins or are the planning on setting up SSO for the main instance of  your portal, then please use these instructions to set up Microsoft SSO for clients instead. 

 

Setting up SSO for Pax8 Sub-users

  1. Access the Customers Portal.
  2. Build Out SSO.

Clients will then be able to access their system with the URL found in the Customers Portal and the Microsoft login.

What Happens if I Skip Step One? 

If you try to setup the SSO for your client without following step 1, the phone system will not show up under the user bindings and you will not be able to match the extension to the user to complete the SSO setup.
