Why Are There Two Timezones in 1Stream?
There is a setting for company level timezones and user based timezones.
Preferred Timezone vs User Timezone Settings
We recognize that not all users are in the same timezone as the main phone system. Additionally, we offer a preferred timezone set in order to have a general time zone setting for the company as a whole to serve as a fallback for those users in 1Stream that do not have a timezone selected so that integrations and call recordings can reflect the same
Setting Preferred Timezone
- Log into the 1stream Portal.
- Go to the Administration menu.
- Choose the Manage Organization option. The page will refresh.
- Scroll down to the Experience Settings section.
- In the Preferred Timezone drop-down, select the desired timezone for the company.
Setting User Level Timezone
- Log into the 1stream Portal.
- Go to the Administration menu.
- Choose the Manage Organization option. The page will refresh.
- Scroll down to the CRM User Mappings section.
- Click on the Edit button in the header to modify users.
- In the Timezone column, select the correct timezone for each user.
- Click on the circled X button to save changes to the modified users.
