How to Pull Reports in 1stream

This feature is available for only 1stream Core licensed users and higher plans. If you don't have this and would like this feature to be available, please reach out to your Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.

 

Available Reports

1stream has more robust reporting available compared to what is listed in the bvoip phone system. 

Some of the reports available at the Core level of 1stream:

  • Daily Activity Breakdown
  • Daily Call Summary 
  • Daily Max Simultaneous Calls
  • Inbound Rule Summary
  • Inbound Rule Summary - Quarter Hour
  • Login Activity Report
  • Repeat Calls
  • User Status Log Report
  • Weekly Trends Report

More reports than this are available in the portal, and new reports are added regularly and upon request.

Pulling a Report

  1. Log into the 1Stream portal.

  2. Click on the Reports icon. A drop-down menu will appear with the available reports.

  3. Select the desired report. A pop-up will appear with the report's name and visual data, if available.
  4. Adjust the Date Range as desired.
    1. If the date was adjusted, click on the arrow button to search the new dates.

  5. Click the Excel icon to download the available report in a .CSV file.

The file will then download to the computer.
